Shipping Policy
Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days (unless stated otherwise), and take 4-7 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. We'll keep you updated at each step of the process, you'll receive an email from once your order is fulfilled, when it is shipped, and when it is out for delivery.
We only ship to the United States (excluding the state of Louisiana), and do not ship internationally.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Delays
If your order is experiencing shipping delays please reach out to us at hello@drinksanta.com. Please note that external factors such as holidays or extreme weather may cause delays.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items please reach out to us at hello@drinksanta.com with images of your damaged product and shipping labels.
